Membership	Bob wishes to step down so we need a replacement on membership. Bob sits with Jane at the Membership Desk at meetings, welcoming new members and guests, handing out name badges and collecting fees. Behind the scenes he keeps the membership list as an Excel file and produces the check-in sheets for meetings.
Vice-president	This position is open. The duties are varied but not many. It is an opportunity to learn the inner workings of the Club in preparation for a term as president starting in 2028
All Management Committee positions	Management Committe positions are for 1 year, January to December. Incumbents may stand for re-election. Like many organizations there is a need to balance new faces and ideas with a need for continuity. The officers are President, Vice-president, Treasurer and Secretary. Other positions (Communications, Events, Editor, Program, Goodwill, Social Club Coordinator, Membership, Publicity) are not "official" positions but experience has shown that they are necessary functions.
Greeters and Furniture Movers	We always need Greeters to guide visitors and new members as well as helpers to set up and replace chairs and tables.

Parliament Hill
